Pinot Noir makes delicious rosés ' naturally pale skinned, it has lovely delicate strawberry flavours. Gabór Lazckó ensured grapes were picked early to capture plenty of zippy freshness in this great value wine, balancing the juicy berry fruit.
Ungern has long been famous for its regal sweet wine Tokaji, and more recently for amazing table wines epitomised by our Campanula range.This vibrant Pinot Noir rosé is from a modern cellar in the Balatonboglár region. The grapes were selected from hillside vineyards close to Lake Balaton. There the warm, but not too hot climate is perfect for Burgundy'sfamously finicky variety, while the slopes keep the vines well drained.Gábor Lazckó is one of the country'stop winemakers. With gentle pressing and cool fermentation he captured all the red berry flavour of Pinot Noir to produce a delightfully refreshing, aromatic pink that is delicious served chilled on its own or with spicy prawns, seafood salad, grilled fish or vegetable kebabs.
