Land of the Vines is from Oenotria Vintners, a relatively new venture set up by Kurt Brill, who began his involvement in the wine industry in 2003 ' with, he says, much encouragement from his wife Gillian. To produce this luxurious oak aged red Kurt teamed up with Adam Hooper, one of the most experienced members of the Red Heads team. Adam has worked for such notable companies as Penfolds, Geoff Merrill Wines, Tatachilla Winery and Maxwell Wines. Kurt is affectionately known by the Red Heads team as 'the strange looking dude!' ' but they love his wine and his bust a gut enthusiasm.Aged in American and French hogsheads for 16 months, this rich, powerful and elegant Cabernet will make a sumptuous partner for roast beef or lamb.
