This wine is made in a deliberately low alcohol style and is perfect for Asian cuisine, or spicy seafood dishes, especially at lunchtime, under a tree on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Enjoy.
This wine is a result of meticulous attention to detail in the vineyard whereby only the ripest bunches were hand selected, gently whole bunch pressed and then stop fermented where the sweetness balances the laser like acidity. With careful cellaring this wine will reward those patient enough to wait a few years.
