Luis Felipe Edwards' vineyards are well established and for this exclusive cuvée grapes were fermented in traditional open vats by head winemaker Nicolas Bizzarri. He then aged the Syrah in oak barrels to add complexity and smooth the tannins. It's a deliciously long flavoured wine, with spicy red berry hints and nicely integrated oak.
