Château Corbin Michotte was once part of a large feudal estate owned by King Edward III's son the 'Black Prince' under the British occupation in the 1300s. It fell into disrepair but was bought in 1959 by Jean-Noël Boidron, who established its Grand Cru reputation ' helped in no small part by its prime location.
