The oak gives a wonderful hint of smoke on the already long and smooth finish. Pair with herb-crusted lamb or a classic steak.

A vibrant bouquet of black cherry, toasted oak and hints of pepper. The palate is smooth, silky and dances with dark berry fruits, plums and enticing glimpses of dark chocolate.

Beskrivning

Made as a joint venture by the Wilson and Sebastiani families, the Crusher range has over 200 years of experience behind it. 2012 was an excellent vintage for the Clarksberg region, with warm mornings and cool afternoons allowing the grapes to achieve ripeness but keep their refreshing acidity. Made by Wine Make Greg Kitchens, this has had 10 months in French Oak barrels for added flavour complexity to compliment the wonderful vintage.
