Growers love the Pagadebit grape for its ability to ripen even in lean years, hence the name, which translates into 'debt payer' ' while its floral scents and refreshing citrus character make it a big hit with wine lovers, too. This fragrant white with its dash of Sauvignon is from a family property founded by Antonio Ravaioli in 1929. Since investment this century it has gained a magnificent, state of the art, eco friendly cellar, and quality has stepped up even higher. It was recently named one of the top five cellars in the region and its wines are now exported around the world. The winemaker is fourth generation Celita Ravaioli, who has an in-depth knowledge of the area and its grapes. Enjoy with fish, asparagus salad or creamy pasta.
