It'sfrom Chile's well established Colchagua Valley, where the temperate climate is ideal for elegant wines. Finca Las Niñas was set up by the Dauré family in 2000, owners of a top Roussillon property, Château de Jau. Around the dinner table one Christmas they agreed it was time to spread their wings and look to new wine horizons. The womenfolk (Las Niñas) fancied Chile and, after considerable research, won out. They established an estate in the Apalta Valley, close to the famous Montes winery, and now produce a range of award winning wines. Crafted by a French winemaker, this rosé is perfect solo or with creamy vegetarian dishes.
