The Shiraz is from the Barossa, known for its big, powerful spicy reds, while the Bordeaux grapes were grown in Coonawarra, home to limestone rich soils that promote elegance, concentration and complexity. Ripe and fruity with subtle oak, this juicy red is perfect with steak and chunky chips or roast lamb.
