Italian founders of Viña Falernia Aldo Olivier and Giorgio Flessati rocked the wine world when they won a Trophy with their first release. The grapes for this white were grown at 650 metres, where cooling winds preserve their aromatic qualities. Enjoy solo or with chicken, fish or a spicy stir-fry.
