We have offered you mineral fresh Moldovan Sauvignon to rival Sancerre and reds from there to match Bordeaux, but this is the first time we have discovered such an appetising, fruity rosé. Moldova once produced the favourite wines of Russia's Tsars and, although this country is today one of the poorest in Europe, with foreign investment it can still produce wines of outstanding fruit quality and freshness. We have been collaborating with the team at this particular cellar for the last decade and have achieved a whole raft of award winning wines. This rosé, however, is a new release ' all Merlot, carefully cool fermented to show off the ripe berry fruit and bright zip to perfection. Chill down and enjoy solo or with salads or seafood.
