Viña Tarapacá was founded in the late 19th century by a successful businessman, Don Francisco de Rojas y Salamanca. He imported noble grape varieties from France and created a beautiful estate, now with a magnificent guesthouse and stunning grounds. Most importantly, the property has a pristine winery equipped with the latest cool fermentation technology ' essential for crisp, modern whites.
