Bingias comes from a modern cellar in the Trexenta region of the island, founded in 1956 by a group of local grape growers who shared the dream of creating their own wines. Clean, fresh and peachy with no hint of oak, and with lots of honeyed intensity, this delightful white is a great match for white meats, salads and fish.
