Of the 'pichet' of Rouge Maison that naturally accompanies the authentic fare of the local set menu that used to cost just a handful of francs, but now is a few more Euros. Some things are still the same though ' like the small troupe of ageing winegrowers loyal to the grapes their families have grown for generations ' Alicante, Cinsault, Grenache and Carignan among them. Just as good as when we first launched it, this red is spicy, herby, fruity and informal. It's the perfect bottle to enjoy as a warming glass solo, with the barbecue or for hearty everyday suppers.
