Chofflet-Valdenaire Givry Pc Clos Jus 2012

The Clos Jus is a more structured wine than the Clos de Choué which we have taken previously, That is to say that it currently exhibits higher acidity and meatier tannins. Given a little time in the cellar and/or some food to go with it it will surpass anything we have done from them in the past. Particularly impressive at this point in time is the aromatic, rich nose and the length and harmony of the finish.
