Le Prince De Courthézon Blanc 2013

Le Prince de Courthézon is a superb example from a top cellar in Châteauneuf and was crafted by Thierry Ferlay, a young, dynamic and fiercely talented winemaker. He has worked all over this part of Frankrike , as well as at Australia'srenowned Rutherglen Estate , and already has a multitude of medals to his name. The trio of grapes in this white make it very versatile with food. Grenache Blanc and Clairette bring body to the wine, while Bourboulenc adds lovely floral aromatics. Delicious pairings include pan-seared salmon or creamy pork. It'salso delightful on its own.
