She was especially struck by the combination of intense lemony fruit and minerally freshness in this blend of local varieties from Domaine Gaturlon , a fourth generation family estate, run by Robert and Martine Bousquet. Similar in style to the wines of nearby Bordeaux and Bergerac, it'slovely as an apéritif, a great party wine and will also partner salads or grilled white fish.
