Lorius bordeauxbland har mognat på ekfat och har nått en djupröd, något rubinfärgad ton full av kryddor, lakrits och röda frukter i en typisk Limoux terroir. Loriu är en liten flod i Occitanien (den del av södra Frankrike där occitanska talas. Ett språk som närmast är släkt med katalanskan) vars omnejd utstrålar lugn och ro och där vinstockar växer i godan ro utan yttre stress och Loriu Merlot/Cab är som sig bör, helt ekologisk.
