Gold with very active and continuous bubble trains. Nose:Seductive and classic. Blend of wheat, biscuit, pear, mineral and woody notes give it a rather complexnose. Mouth: A sharp attack, firm and slender with a hint of acidity. Grapefruit notes and slight bitterness mix with minerality. A long and slightly chalky finish.
It's been five generations since the house that houses JL VERGNON champagnes is in our family and it was in 1950 that Jean-Louis and Monique VERGNON recreated the vineyard. From the outset cooperator, Jean-Louis VERGNON decides to make his own wines and gets a first blow of heart in 1987 for an extra-brut with a dosage already at minimum. Today, Didier VERGNON supported by his son Clément and Julian Taste, an oenologist, continue on this path already marked out by traditional winemakers.
